Biggest natural breasts in the world weighing 20 kg’s (44 pounds) together are owned/carried by Ting Hiafen.
Ting Hiafen, a woman from China, suppose to have the most biggest breast on asia, they are freakishly large. According to an interview that Hiafen gave, her boobs make it difficult to sleep, and hard to move, and they aren’t a boon when it comes to relationships with men either, which really isn’t surprising.
Each of her breasts weighs over 20 pounds. Too much of a good thing definitely seems to apply here, and if this girl has any sense she’ll have a breast reduction in her near future.
